Five Below - 10200 Eastern Shore Boulevard, Suite 608 - Responsibilities: Ensure all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers and train on the BEST customer service experience; Lead the store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals provided by the District Manager; Lead front end operations and merchandising to meet or exceed brand standards and ensure front-end equipment is in working order; Perform opening and closing procedures and maintain store cleanliness and readiness for customers; Partner with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise all crew members
