Bookkeeper

Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite)We are seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage end-to-end accounting functions within a fast-paced music and entertainment environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting client accounts, and ensuring timely reporting.Key responsibilities:Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and paymentsPerform bank and account reconciliations, including tour accountingMaintain general ledger accuracy and financial recordsProcess payroll submissions through third-party providersReview and code credit card transactionsSupport audits and maintain organized financial documentationServe as a point of contact for clients, tour managers, and staffAssist with daily financial inquiries and communicationsQualifications:Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar roleStrong knowledge of financial statements and reconciliationsProficiency in accounting software and ExcelAbility to manage multiple tasks independentlyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication skillsNice to have:Experience in the music or entertainment industrySchedule:Full-time, Monday–Friday (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)#itacceljobs
