INNOVA Revenue GroupPosition: Director of Coding and Auditing OperationsOverviewINNOVA Revenue Group is seeking an experienced and driven Director of Coding and Auditing Operations to lead and oversee all coding, auditing, and compliance functions across our client portfolio. This role is critical in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and integrity within the revenue cycle, while supporting both operational performance and financial outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage coding and auditing operations across multiple healthcare clientsOversee coding quality, accuracy, and compliance with current regulatory guidelinesDevelop, implement, and maintain auditing programs for professional and facility servicesIdentify trends, gaps, and opportunities within coding, documentation, and billing workflowsPartner closely with billing, AR, and operational teams to improve overall revenue cycle performanceProvide education, training, and feedback to coders and providers as neededEnsure adherence to payer regulations, CMS guidelines, and industry standardsSupport client relationships by presenting findings, solutions, and ongoing performance updatesAssist with process improvement initiatives and workflow optimizationQualificationsCurrent coding credential required (e.g., CPC, CCS, CRC or equivalent)Strong Coding Expertise, including, Profee, Outpatient, and preferably InpatientStrong understanding of the full revenue cycle, including billing, AR, and reimbursement methodologiesProven experience in coding operations, auditing, and complianceAbility to multitask and manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines effectivelyStrong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings into clear action stepsExperience in both professional and facility coding preferredWhat We’re Looking ForA proactive leader who can think critically and solve problemsSomeone comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentA team player who can collaborate across departments while taking ownership of their areaA partner-minded professional who can support both internal teams and client success
