The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, exceptional communicator, and proven leader with a strong track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.Position SummaryThe Electrical Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, execution, and financial success of multiple commercial and industrial electrical construction projects. This individual will work closely with clients, field operations, estimators, engineers, subcontractors, and executive leadership to ensure exceptional project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.ResponsibilitiesManage multiple electrical construction projects simultaneously from award through completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and work plans.Lead project kickoff meetings and coordinate project execution with field personnel.Oversee contract administration, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.Monitor project costs, labor productivity, procurement, and profitability.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions.Mentor assistant project managers and project engineers.Attend client meetings and provide regular project status updates.Support business development efforts and help identify future project opportunities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred.Minimum 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience.Proven experience managing commercial, industrial, healthcare, institutional, or mission-critical electrical projects.Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, contracts, scheduling, and project controls.Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.Excellent leadership, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar project management software.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.Preferred QualificationsPMP certification (preferred)OSHA 30 CertificationExperience with Design-Build and Design-Assist projectsExperience leading projects exceeding $5M in electrical contract valueWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryPerformance-based bonus opportunitiesComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and holidaysProfessional development and career advancement opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive team environmentOpportunity to work on high-profile and technically challenging projectsWhy Join Us?We're building more than electrical systems—we're building long-term careers.
