Gather requirements for unclassified sources and interfaces (e.g. Range and launch service providers) into the OSL video distribution system and maintain configuration management of these interfaces. Develop and refine Launch Broadcast system requirements and develop a per launch strategy for optimal video support and performance for NRO/ULA/SpaceX users in OSL-owned or shared spaces. Manage and integrate launch video feeds at the ELSC and the FLSC at VAFB, as well as AGO STARS and NOPS. Review O&M activities for Launch Broadcast support to operations. Apply industry standards to develop strategies for recommending improvements, to include pricing, for remaining OSL video systems upgrades impacting High-Definition Video serving OSL facilities. Provide support for technical issues and anomaly resolution involving Launch Broadcast systems equipment and/or interfaces. Recommend and document the requirement verification effort for each mission. Review open paper and provide assessment prior to mission readiness milestones. Support mission integration efforts that require engineering review, assessments, alternative solutions and recommendations to support anomaly resolutions that affect mission requirements. Coordinate risk process and document identified risks, prioritize and manage their mitigation through closures at monthly board. Support OSL systems integration forum and Systems Engineering tag-up with the O&M contractor. Collaborate with the NRO communications Directorate to facilitate and expedite project execution of Launch Broadcast related projects. Evaluate and support Launch Broadcast infrastructure requirements identified by OSL Government staff. Apply industry standards and best practices for implementing Launch Broadcast communication infrastructure. Include Launch Broadcast systems and interfaces in CDRL A014, a list of OSL service providers and systems that are necessary to achieve mission success and OSL launch site efficiency. Qualifications Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph- Required EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical degree. Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
