Manager, Sales Associates – Denver, CO RegionAre you a proven sales leader passionate about developing talent and driving performance? Join KARL STORZ as a Manager, Sales Associates and play a key role in building the next generation of sales leaders while accelerating growth across the Denver, CO region and surrounding geographical territories.Note: This role requires candidates to reside in or around the Denver, CO area. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales Associates & Sales Administration, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Associates. This role is focused on driving regional sales results while preparing team members for future Sales Executive opportunities. You will partner closely with field sales leadership, cross-functional teams, and customers to deliver meaningful business impact.What You’ll DoLead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve regional sales goals and revenue growthBuild strong sales capabilities within your team, including clinical support, case coverage, product demonstrations, and in-service executionPartner with Sales Executives and regional leadership to support key initiatives such as trials, installations, and strategic customer engagementsUse data-driven insights to improve performance, strengthen pipeline development, and increase market shareEnsure effective Sales Associate deployment across high-priority accounts and opportunities in the regionSupport complex, strategic sales opportunities involving executive-level hospital stakeholdersFoster strong collaboration across internal partners and build trusted relationships with key customersWhat You BringBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5+ years of sales experience, ideally in medical device or healthcare capital/consumablesPrior leadership experience (people or project-based) with a strong focus on coaching and developmentProven success in sales execution, pipeline management, and influencing key stakeholdersExperience in operating room environments and clinical case support strongly preferredStrong communication, business acumen, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organizationWillingness to travel up to 60%Preferred QualificationsMedical device sales experience, ideally as an Account ExecutivePrior experience leading sales teams or participating in a formal sales development programSalesforce or CRM proficiencyExperience with complex, strategic selling and executive-level customer engagementWho We Are:KARL STORZ is an independent, family-owned company headquartered in Germany’s renowned MedTech manufacturing region.
