As an Administrative and Marketing Assistant, you will provide support across administrative and marketing functions. Daily tasks include scheduling appointments, coordinating client interactions, conducting market research, assisting with sales initiatives, and supporting the development of marketing materials. This role is key in ensuring exceptional customer service, streamlining operations, and fostering client relationships.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.Ability to design and coordinate campaign support and promotional strategies.Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation for administrative tasks and data management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is preferred.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office environment.Prior experience in financial services or a similar professional setting is advantageous.
