The primary responsibility entails assisting clients in identifying and applying for the most suitable mortgage products to meet their individual needs. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients, gathering required documentation for loan applications, collaborating with underwriting teams to ensure compliance, and maintaining excellent customer service throughout the lending process. The Mortgage Loan Officer plays a key role in helping clients achieve homeownership while adhering to industry regulations and standards. Qualifications Experience as a Loan Officer with strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending practicesExpertise in Underwriting processes and the ability to ensure compliance with federal and state lending guidelinesExcellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationshipsStrong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in using mortgage software and technology toolsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferredCurrent NMLS license and compliance knowledge
