Production Supervisor

You'll track key metrics like throughput, cycle time, and scrap, using data to drive decisions and continuously improve performance.Leadership is at the core of this role. You'll coordinate daily production activities, develop your team through cross-training and mentorship, and foster clear communication around goals, standards, and expectations.
