This is a mission-driven leadership role for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments, especially those with military experience leading teams, managing operations, and driving results under pressure. You'll coordinate daily production activities, develop your team through cross-training and mentorship, and foster clear communication around goals, standards, and expectations. You'll lead improvement initiatives focused on quality, safety, cost, and efficiency while building a culture of accountability and teamwork-much like leading a unit toward mission success. This role also requires hands-on problem-solving and technical awareness. You'll support operators, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and operating procedures.
