We are currently seeking mechanically inclined individuals for Mechanical Assembler opportunities with several of our manufacturing clients in industries including oil & gas, sheet metal fabrication, rubber and plastic manufacturing, and industrial equipment production. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with their hands, using tools, and assembling products in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Assemble large and small mechanical components and equipment Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and assembly drawings Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete assemblies Operate forklifts and overhead cranes as needed Perform mechanical fit-up and component installation Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and accuracy Support production and manufacturing operations in a safe and efficient manner Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Experience using hand and power tools preferred Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings preferred Experience in manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, maintenance, automotive, construction, or related fields is a plus Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred but not required Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a production environment Pay ranges from $18-$24/hr depending on experience, skill set, and position.
