Swing shift Production Supervisor

Role Summary: Production Supervisors direct activities within the operations team as it relates to production, inventory management, and quality. These highly motivated individuals ensure efficient production while promoting and working safely within established policies and procedures. This is a 2nd shift position: Monday through Friday from 3 pm to 12 am. Location: Springville, UT. Responsibilities: Statistical control of the process. Production planning Analysis for the solution of problems in lean manufacturing. Management of KPIs Inventory management. Quality. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: 5-7 years relevant experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment. Management of KPIs (utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap, rework). Good knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools (AMEF, VSM, 6's, SMED, etc). Basic knowledge of CNC programming. Preferred Experience / Skills: Mechanical or industrial engineer. Experience with ISO-9000-14000 Desirable knowledge of welding standards (AWS, ASME) Microsoft Project or similar.
