About the RoleWe are seeking highly motivated Full Stack Developers with strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience building AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise across frontend, backend, cloud, and modern AI technologies, enabling them to develop scalable, production-ready intelligent applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications using modern web technologies.Build and integrate AI/LLM-powered capabilities into enterprise applications.Develop scalable backend APIs and microservices.Create intuitive and responsive frontend experiences.Integrate external APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Optimize application performance, security, reliability, and observability.Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.Stay current with emerging AI, agentic frameworks, and software engineering best practices.Required QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.4-8 years of software development experience.Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.Experience building REST APIs and microservices.Hands-on experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, containerization, and DevOps practices.AI Experience (Required)Experience working with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models).Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agents, prompt engineering, or AI orchestration frameworks.Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search.Experience building generative AI applications for real-world use cases.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.Knowledge of observability tools such as Open Telemetry.Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks and production AI monitoring.Experience developing enterprise-scale SaaS applications.Exposure to agentic AI platforms and workflow automation.Technical SkillsFrontendReact, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3BackendNode.js, Python, Java, .NETREST APIs, GraphQL, MicroservicesCloud & DevOpsAzure/AWS/GCPDocker, KubernetesCI/CD PipelinesAI & DataAzure OpenAI/OpenAI APIsRAG, LangChain, Semantic KernelVector DatabasesPrompt EngineeringLLM Evaluation & MonitoringWhat We're Looking ForStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Passion for AI innovation and modern software engineering.Track record of delivering production-quality software.
