With multiple developments underway and a strong pipeline moving forward, the business is looking to bring on a Superintendent to lead field operations on upcoming projects in the Dallas / North Dallas corridor.This is an opportunity to join a developer-led platform delivering 300-unit multifamily communities, with projects ranging from suburban wrap construction to more complex urban infill podium developments.The Role:The Superintendent will be responsible for running day-to-day site operations, managing subcontractors, maintaining schedule, and ensuring quality and safety across the project lifecycle.The role will initially focus on ground-up multifamily delivery in the Dallas area, including projects located in Frisco and central Dallas.Project Types300-unit multifamily wrap construction (wood-frame over structured parking)Urban infill podium construction on tight sites with complex logisticsStructured parking integration and multi-level amenity spacesFull lifecycle delivery from sitework through project turnoverKey Responsibilities:Lead daily field operations and oversee subcontractor activityMaintain construction schedule and coordinate trade sequencingManage site logistics, deliveries, and safety complianceEnsure work is completed according to drawings and specificationsConduct daily site walks and coordinate with project management teamsDrive quality control, inspections, and punch list completionMaintain strong communication with ownership, consultants, and tradesIdeal Background:7+ years of construction experience with ground-up multifamily projectsExperience delivering wrap or podium multifamily constructionProven ability to run site as Lead SuperintendentStrong knowledge of scheduling, trade coordination, and field operations
