Junior/Mid Associate Attorney (Corporate/Transactional)

Gamma Law, a fast-growing media-technology law firm supporting cutting-edge clients in video games, blockchain, VR/AR and digital media, is accepting applications for a lawyer with 5-10 years' experience in corporate/commercial and content licensing. Excellent credentials and law firm experience required. California bar preferred, New York acceptable. Gamma Law currently has offices in San Francisco and Orange County (Irvine), California. The ideal candidate will be able to work from one of these locations on a hybrid remote/in-person basis; however, fully-remote may be considered. Position will begin at half-time (20 hours/week) but is expected to evolve to full-time. Competitive compensation and benefits. No media/tech experience required; however, must have solid corporate/commercial and licensing experience and excellent drafting skills. Japanese language skills desirable but not required.
