Fast growing companies require solutions to assist with expansion, the Client Solutions Specialist (CSS) plays a critical role in leading the client experience by implementing system solutions to address each client’s individual needs.The CSS will be responsible for implementing systems that address needs such as Time and Attendance, PTO Request Module, and others, ensuring this process is smooth and successful. Additionally, the CSS will project manage while collaborating with the Client Experience Manager (CXM), Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), and Payroll to ensure the client’s integrations are implemented timely (initially) and are accurately maintained (on-going).Once implementation has concluded, the CSS serves as the primary point of knowledge and triages any questions from the CXM, HRBP, Payroll team. Finally, the CSS will lead ongoing internal/external trainings and maintain/update the knowledge base. This position requires strong project management skills, passion for client service, and excellent communication and relationship skills. The individual should embody and promote our culture in daily relationships with clients and our teams.Meet with client contacts (C-Suite, VPs, Executive, Head of People, Etc.) to demo system solutions, answer questions, and create an implementation timeline that includes expectations, data requirements, training schedules, etc.Partner closely with Client Experience Managers, Onboarding Success Managers, Systems, Payroll, and HRBPs for successful implementation of Time and Attendance, PTO and other solutions for current and implementing clients.Facilitates external client system trainings for employees, managers and administrators.Point of contact for team education for ongoing system maintenance and facilitates internal trainings.Creates and maintains resource materials, SOPs, Knowledge Articles.Execute renewals and maintain system operations in Sequoia’s preferred Benefits Administration systems.
