VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Architect

Penta Consulting are a technology service provider helping to deliver professional and managed solutions across EMEA.We're supporting a European partner of ours on an upcoming project, searching for highly experienced VCF Architects.Please note this is a contract position, working remotely in Europe.Responsibilities:Design and architect VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) solutions.Lead end-to-end implementation of VCF, including workload domains, SDDC Manager, and lifecycle management.Define cloud strategy and roadmap for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.Oversee integration with VMware components such as vSphere, NSX, vSAN, Aria (vRealize) suite, and HCX.Design and implement workload migration strategies using VMware HCX (including vMotion, bulk migration, and replication-assisted vMotion).Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience as a VMware Architect or similar role in enterprise environments.Strong expertise in VCF architecture and deployment.Hands-on experience with VMware HCX, including deployment, configuration, and migration planning.Deep knowledge of: VMware vSphere, VMware NSX, VMware vSANVMware HCXExperience with hybrid cloud platforms (e.g., VMware Cloud on AWS, Azure VMware Solution, Google Cloud VMware Engine).If this position sounds like a good fit, please apply and we will be in touch!
