Role DescriptionThe Sr. Estimator, Commercial Construction is a full-time, on-site role located in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role involves preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects, conducting quantity take-offs, and managing budgets effectively. The Sr. Estimator will collaborate with project teams, analyze project proposals, evaluate costs, and contribute to delivering successful, on-budget construction outcomes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferredMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction estimating rolesProficiency in Construction Estimating and performing Quantity Take-offsStrong Cost Management and Budgeting skills to ensure financial accuracyOutstanding Communication abilities, including collaboration with diverse teamsIn-depth understanding of commercial construction processes and industry standardsProficiency in relevant estimating and project management softwareAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilitiesFulltime | In House position.
