No Visa positions. Client is accepting candidates in practice or 2025 residents/fellows. Not accepting 2026 candidates until July 2025. Growing well established 50+ provider physician owned group in business for over 40 years with multiple offices in San Francisco-East Bay-Napa Valley and Sacramento Area. Negotiable base salary with signing bonus, production bonus, benefits, loan repayment and relocation. Providers earn good production bonuses annually in addition to competitive salaries. Current Openings: Endocrinology: Join (5) Endo physicians and (9) Endo APP s. $100K loan repayment. Outpatient only. Negotiable $300K salary. Seeking multiple Endocrinology physicians.Rheumatology: Join (2) Rheumatologist and group seeking several Rheumatology physicians for expanding department. Negotiable $300K salary. Outpatient only.Allergy/Immunology: Join (9) Allergy-Immunology physicians and (4) APP providers in outpatient position. Negotiable base salary.Internal Medicine: Join (8) IM physicians seeking to add (10) IM physicians to growing department. $300K negotiable salary with $100K loan repayment.
