Bobst 40-Inch Diecut Technician

As a Bobst-savvy technician on our Minneapolis, MN (55428) team, you’ll keep production humming on a 2nd shift, four-10s schedule (Mon–Thu, 2:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.). Your expertise with flatbed equipment, including the 40" Bobst, ensures every job hits spec, on time.Your impact (key accountabilities)Operate and set up flatbed die cutters to meet exacting quality standards.Continuously inspect output and verify conformance to all requirements.Execute routine maintenance; troubleshoot mechanical and process issues.Collaborate across the team to elevate throughput and quality.Uphold safety while maintaining a clean, organized production zone.Log production metrics and escalate problems promptly.Support onboarding by training and mentoring newer operators.What you’ll need to succeedHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred.Proven background operating flatbed diecutters or similar machinery.Mechanical aptitude and strong diagnostic/problem-solving skills.Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.Sharp eye for detail with an unwavering commitment to quality.Comfort thriving in a fast-moving, deadline-driven setting.Excellent communication skills and a team-first approach.EquipmentIncludes flatbed diecutters such as the 40" Bobst.Equal OpportunityMeyers is an equal opportunity employerLearn moreSee what we’re building at www.meyers.com.
