The Opportunity With the departure of our previous operations leader, we are seeking a Chief Operating Officer for North America to serve as the operational backbone of the business. This is a senior leadership role with high visibility, real P&L ownership, and direct access to the CEO. The right candidate will be a proven operator in the Salesforce or IT consulting ecosystem who can run the day-to-day business, drive revenue growth, build a high-performance culture, and free the CEO to focus on global strategy and the companys growth and exit roadmap. What You Will Own Revenue Growth & Client Success Own the North American P&L and drive top-line growth across existing accounts and new logos Partner with Sales and Delivery leadership to identify and close expansion opportunities Build and sustain C-level client relationships across key accounts Ensure delivery quality, client satisfaction, and renewal rates remain best-in-class Delivery Operations Oversee end-to-end delivery across all NAM engagements on time, on budget, on quality Drive utilization, margin, and resource planning across a 200+ person NAM delivery org Build scalable delivery processes that reduce founder dependency and support company growth Partner with practice leads in Communications Cloud and Financial Services Cloud Leadership & Talent Lead, coach, and develop the NAM senior leadership team Attract and retain top Salesforce talent in a competitive market Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and excellence Drive headcount planning and capacity forecasting aligned to revenue targets Strategic Execution Translate company strategy into executable operating plans and quarterly OKRs Work closely with the CEO on exit readiness improving metrics, reducing key-person risk, and building institutional processes Support due diligence preparation and investor/partner conversations as needed What We Are Looking For Required 15+ years of experience in IT services, management consulting, or technology professional services 5+ years in a senior operations, GM, or COO-level role with P&L accountability Demonstrated experience in the Salesforce ecosystem ideally at a Summit, Platinum, or Gold partner firm Proven track record of growing a professional services business ($20M$100M range) Strong executive presence and ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams Experience managing distributed delivery teams across geographies Based in or willing to relocate to Dallas/Fort Worth, TX Preferred Deep familiarity with Communications Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or Industry Cloud implementations Experience at a company that underwent a PE investment, acquisition, or capital event Existing network in the Salesforce partner ecosystem Experience leading cross-border or nearshore delivery teams (LATAM a plus) Why Nespon Salesforce Summit Partner status one of the most recognized Salesforce partners globally A real seat at the table this is a true operational leadership role, not a title Exciting growth and exit trajectory meaningful equity upside for the right candidate Diverse, global team with operations on 4 continents Founder-led culture that values speed, ownership, and client outcomes Specialization in some of the most in-demand Salesforce clouds in the market How to Apply Interested candidates should reach out directly to Umer (Founder & CEO) via LinkedIn or email.
