Office Assistant
Fore Points Marina, an Ocean Havens Property, is looking to fill the position of Office Assistant. The Office Assistant is responsible for helping create a welcoming, positive, upbeat environment while providing excellent service to customers. Assists customers in booking and adjusting reservations over the phone, through email, and/or third parties. In addition, they carry out requests and inquiries guests may have during their stay. This is a part-time, seasonal position.Duties includeProcessing new and existing reservations through the phone, email, and third partiesConducting financial transactions for reservations and other servicesReceiving mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and distributing items accordinglyAssisting guests with requests for local activities, car rentals and/or dinner reservationsAssists with daily administrative tasksQualificationsConcierge, or hospitality, experienceEfficient problem-solving skillsAbility to operate successfully in a cross-functional and busy environmentBasic knowledge of Excel and WordStrong organizational skillsAvailable to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays when necessary
