Serving consumers, physicians, and healthcare professionals, the network provides high-value clinical news, medical education, and disease-state information through various specialised online portals.Position SummaryThe candidate will be responsible for the marketing and sale of a unique suite of digital Medical Affairs solutions to US-based teams within the Pharma & Life Sciences industry. You will hold principal responsibility for acquiring, managing, and expanding new client accounts while maintaining and growing existing business.The successful candidate will be a supportive client partner, developing excellent relationships and driving the delivery of innovative digital solutions. This role is supported by a robust internal team, including Client Services, Medical Directors, Marketing, and Operations.KeyResponsibilitiesManage and expand high-value existing accounts through a consultative sales approach.Identify and secure new relationships with pharmaceutical companies.Present complex digital solutions to senior-level management at prospect organisations.Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure exceptional delivery of client solutions.Frequent travel is required for client meetings and industry medical conferences.RequirementsExperience5+ years of proven advertising sales experience to pharma/biotechSignificant experience within a Medical Communications or PR agency, specifically selling to Medical Affairs teams in pharma/biotech.A track record of successful sales to senior Medical Affairs managers.Fluency in clinical development timelines (Phases I–IV), advisory boards, KOL/TL development, and internal stakeholder training.Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written/verbal communicationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary Range: $130,000 – $140,000 per year.Note: The listed range is the amount the company in good faith believes it will pay for this role at the time of this posting.
