Job SummaryPerforms all required procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab and operates specialized equipment including, but not limited to, the computer system, hemodynamic monitoring, and have working knowledge of cardiac catheterization lab.Job Requirements Minimum EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent Graduate of an appropriate accredited program or health science degree preferred Minimum Work ExperienceLVN, EMT-P, ARRT, or 2 years consecutive cath lab experienceRequired Licenses/CertificationsBLS within 30 days of hire ACLS within 90 days of hireRequired Skills, Knowledge, and AbilitiesAnswer telephonesInput data into computer programsCompile statisticsMaintain patient chartsPrevious diagnostic experienceGenerate reportsWorking knowledge of viewing equipmentWorking knowledge of hemodynamic equipment and able to problem solve basic error messagesWorking knowledge of sterile proceduresMust be operational in (2) positions within 1 yearDesignated DriverNoOSHA Category1 - High Risk
