Role Details:Position: Senior Product ArchitectLocation: Jersey City, NJPosition Duration: Direct Hire (Full time) Job DescriptionThere’s a need for a Senior Product Architect for Claims & Dispute who can serve as a Product Owner in Customer. The resource is expected to set the strategy for building AI Agents for Cypress Platform.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & OwnershipOwn the end‑to‑end product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Claims & Dispute AI capabilities on the Cypress platform.Define success metrics, KPIs, and OKRs aligned with business outcomes such as reduced dispute cycle time, improved accuracy, and enhanced customer experience.Partner with business stakeholders, operations, compliance, and risk teams to prioritize features and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.AI Agent Strategy & ArchitectureSet the strategic direction for AI Agent development, including intelligent intake, case triage, evidence analysis, decision support, and customer communications.Define reference architectures for LLM‑based agents, orchestration layers, prompt strategies, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and human‑in‑the‑loop workflows.Ensure AI solutions are explainable, auditable, and compliant with banking regulations (e.g., model risk management, data privacy, fairness).Platform & Technical LeadershipAct as the Product Architect, working closely with engineering to design scalable, resilient, and secure solutions on the Cypress platform.Collaborate with cloud, data, and AI infrastructure teams to ensure platform readiness for high‑volume, mission‑critical workloads.Provide architectural guidance on API design, event‑driven workflows, data pipelines, and system integrations.Agile Product DeliveryServe as Product Owner within an Agile/Scrum environment:Own and refine the product backlogWrite clear epics, features, and user storiesLead sprint planning, reviews, and backlog groomingBalance near‑term delivery needs with long‑term platform evolution.
