Job Description Description:Position SummaryThe Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, movement, and issuance of raw materials, components, and finished goods within a fast-paced bathtub manufacturing facility. This role ensures materials are delivered to production lines safely, efficiently, and on time to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive incoming materials and verify against purchase orders and packing slipsInspect materials for damage, quality issues, and proper documentationSafely unload, move, and store materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipmentMaintain organized inventory locations for fiberglass, acrylic sheets, resins, hardware, and packaging materialsPick, stage, and deliver materials to production lines based on work orders and schedulesSupport production by ensuring timely replenishment of materials to avoid downtimeAccurately record inventory transactions in ERP or inventory management systemsConduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory auditsPackage and prepare finished bathtubs and components for shipmentLoad outbound shipments in accordance with shipping schedules and safety standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment (5S standards)Follow all company safety policies, especially when handling chemicals (resins, solvents) and large molded productsRequirements:QualificationsRequired:High school diploma or equivalent1–3 years of warehouse or material handling experience (manufacturing environment preferred)Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systemsAbility to read work orders, labels, and shipping documentsPreferred:Experience in fiberglass, plastics, or heavy manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, Oracle, or similar)Skills & CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentGood communication skills with production and logistics teamsBasic problem-solving skillsTime management and ability to prioritize tasksPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularlyFrequent standing, walking, bending, and reachingAbility to operate material handling equipment safelyComfortable working in a manufacturing environment with dust, noise, and varying temperaturesWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
