Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Worker, based in Atlanta, GA, with the flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Social Worker will provide comprehensive support to individuals and families by assessing client needs, developing care plans, and connecting clients to community resources. Responsibilities include offering counseling services, crisis intervention, advocacy, and educating clients on available resources to address social and emotional challenges. The position plays a key role in collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for patients. Qualifications Case management and client advocacy experience to provide individualized supportKnowledge of community resources and ability to connect clients with appropriate servicesProficiency in counseling, crisis intervention, and working with diverse populationsStrong organizational skills, effective time management, and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for building trust and collaborationProficiency in record-keeping and working with social work software or databasesMaster’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent educational backgroundState licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or ability to obtain licensure within an established timelineExperience working in healthcare or community services is a plus
