Sales Operations Coordinator
**THIS IS NOT A POSITION WITH FORCEBRANDS**We’re partnering with a high-growth, premium CPG brand in the protein space that is looking to add a Sales Operations Coordinator to their team.This is a highly execution-focused role supporting key distributor relationships and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across the business.What You’ll Do:Manage day-to-day operations with national distributors and key accountsSupport demand forecasting and maintain healthy inventory levelsOversee order flow from purchase order through fulfillmentExecute promotions, new item setups, and distributor submissionsMonitor and resolve order, inventory, and fulfillment issues in real timeMaintain reporting on sales performance, inventory, and fill ratesPartner cross-functionally with sales, finance, and supply chain teamsWhat We’re Looking For:3–5 years of experience in CPG sales ops, operations, or inside salesExperience working with major distributors (UNFI, KeHE, or similar)Strong Excel and data analysis skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactiveComfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage environmentDetails:Southern California - LA or San Diego (hybrid; in-office to start)This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning execution, improving processes, and playing a key role in scaling a growing brand.
