Learn plan reading and understanding of construction detailsLearn to understand construction documents and how they relate to VDC, Preconstruction, and OperationsAssist in model development for coordination of architectural and structural componentsAssist in model development for overhead or below grade systems coordinationAssist in the development of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)Attend coordination meetings between various parties including owners, architects, engineers, and Juneau team membersAssist in Navisworks/BIMTrack based coordination efforts per the BEP and communicate coordination progress to Operations team and VDC DirectorVisit project site(s) weekly with VDC Engineer(s) and conduct laser scanning and drone servicesAdvocate for technology usage by Preconstruction and Operations teamsSeek and explore for innovative technologies that may benefit Juneau and/or JCC VDCAssist in the review of submittals concurrently with Operations teams per BEPLearn to create graphics and/or multi-dimensional videos to demonstrate logistics, phasing, sequence, and scheduling as required/requested by operations/preconstruction teams
