Duties, Responsibilities: Assist with customer accounts, equipment questions, billing, and payments and ensure customer needs are addressedDiffuse customer situations by resolving customer concernsCommunicate verbally and in writing in a clear, professional, and straightforward mannerRespond to emails and calls as needed to ensure prompt resolution to customer questions, concerns, service issues and account problemsWork independently to complete tasks and follow directions related to the job with minimal supervisionContribute to creative and positive solutions that help continually improve our customer care and overall satisfaction in our brand Desired Skills and Experience: Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to respond to individual customer needs in a calm, professional and pleasant mannerGreat interpersonal skills and prior customer service experience at a contact center a plusEnjoy talking on the phonePatience and ability to manage stressProblem-solving skillsAbility to make sound decisions and use proper discretion in handling customer issues within company guidelinesAbility to be polite, compassionate, and confident Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh School diploma or equivalent 2 to 3 years related experienceAbility to sit while using computer and phone equipment for extended periods of timeDeliver world-class customer service and build customer satisfaction and loyaltyStrive for one-call resolution of customer issuesAbility to type a minimum of 30 words per minute efficiently and accuratelyProficiency to work simultaneously with multiple computer applications and databasesDemonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skillsMust be a good listener with empathetic skillsMust be willing to make outbound and take inbound callsAbility to multi taskExcellent computer and Microsoft office product skillsAttention to detail and organized with excellent follow up skillsAbility to think on your feet and provide creative solutionsMust maintain excellent attendance recordMust be open to feedback and professional coachingPre-employment testing is requiredMust pass background and drug screen processBilingual in English/Spanish a plus THE BENEFITS OF JOINING OUR TEAM Did you know we were named a "Best Places to Work" in Oklahoma?
