Our Seattle location serves homeowners across Western Washington , providing professional bathroom remodels that combine style, functionality, and value.We're building an Event Department to represent our brand at shows, festivals, and home improvement events in-person. This is a hands-on role : you will secure events, work the booth, generate leads, and ensure your team delivers results. Position OverviewWe are seeking a rockstar Events Marketing Manager to lead our event marketing efforts in Western Washington. You and your team will be responsible for generating new customer leads, managing promotional booths, and driving sales.This role requires you to book events, coordinate participation, and lead your team onsite during every event to ensure maximum success. Responsibilities Book and secure events and shows for every weekend within your territoryPlan, coordinate, and execute event schedules for you and your teamRecruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of Event DemonstratorsEnsure booths are safely set up, staffed, and taken down at every eventGenerate leads that translate into sales and measurable profitMaintain inventory, track productivity, labor, and budgets weeklySet clear goals for each event, week, and month, and ensure they are achievedMaintain open, regular, and timely communication with leadership and other departmentsActively work events, engage with potential customers, and demonstrate Bath Planet productsRequirements Proven team management and leadership experienceCustomer service or B2C marketing experienceRecruiting & hiring experienceOutgoing personality: must enjoy talking with new people and engaging customersValid driver's license and reliable vehicleAbility to stand for extended periods at eventsBasic computer literacy for administrative tasks and reportingMust be available to work every weekendHelpful Skills Promotional marketing experience at trade shows or events a big plusBenefits Flexible work environment (home or office-based administrative tasks)Competitive base salary ($800–$1,200/week)Commission opportunities for leads and appointments generatedOpportunity to lead a growing Event Department and make a measurable impactWhy Join Us Be a key part of building Bath Planet's presence in Western WALead a team while actively working eventsEarn a combination of base salary + commissionFlexible, dynamic, and fun work environmentApply NOW!
