About the Role:
Infisical is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help build, optimize, and expand its security platform. The role involves working across a broad range of engineering challenges, from developing core security capabilities to expanding newer product lines and exploring how AI can improve secrets management and security infrastructure. You will work closely with the CTO and the wider engineering team, while also communicating directly with enterprise customers. The position is suited to an engineer with strong JavaScript expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to make sound decisions, move quickly, and take calculated risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain platform features while communicating directly with enterprise customers.
Contribute to the growth and development of Infisical PKI, Infisical PAM, and Infisical KMS.Explore new approaches to applying AI to secrets management and broader security infrastructure.
Help build, optimize, and expand the foundation of the Infisical platform.
Work with the CTO and engineering team on a wide range of technical challenges and product initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Deep technical expertise in the JavaScript ecosystem, particularly React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
A proactive, action-oriented approach to problem-solving, including the ability to make decisions with incomplete information, iterate quickly, and take calculated risks.
Based in the Americas (United States or Canada), Brazil, India, the United Kingdom, or the European Union.
Ability to work US hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Go.
Familiarity with DevOps practices or developer tools.
Previous experience as a founder or working at a startup.
Experience contributing to or building open-source projects or developer tools, professionally or personally.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly when interacting directly with customers.
