PRN Staffing Response Team-Level 1-Med Surg/Tele (RN)

To meet this need, SRHS has expanded its nursing resource pool to allow for a system-wide Staffing Response Team. Leveraging this type of staffing model provides a consistent resource of highly skilled, flexible, and competent nursing associates to move among SRHS facilities support a variety of nursing units.Position SummaryThe Resource Pool Registered Nurse demonstrates thorough knowledge, while providing patient nursing care through clinical assessment, outcomes identification, planning, and implementation in accordance with SRHS policies and procedures. Serves as a patient advocate and resource to all nursing associates.
