Job Overview of Sr. Director of Community Based Services The Sr. Director of Community-Based Services provides oversight, clinical guidance and leadership for the entire community division. The Sr. Director oversees clinic-based mental health services (Yonkers & Peekskill), School-based mental health services, Healthy Families & Andrus Parenting Services grant-funded programs, as well as Care Management. The Sr. Director establishes and maintains effective relationships with partners and stakeholders to inform service delivery and address the needs of children and families in Westchester County. The position reports directly to the Vice President and Chief Program Officer. Essential Duties of Sr. Director of Community Based Services Key duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction across all community-based programs to ensure alignment with organizational mission and goalsOversee day-to-day operations across service lines, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in service deliveryEnsure compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and accreditation requirements, including documentation, audits, and reporting standardsMonitor program performance through data-driven decision-making, utilizing key performance indicators to drive continuous quality improvementSupervise, mentor, and support program Directors and Asst. Directors, fostering a culture of accountability, professional growth, and collaborationEnsure safe and effective operations of both Peekskill and Yonkers Clinics as well as satellite school-based mental health servicesMaintain accountability for fiscally sound decision-making and demonstrate the ability to pivot operations, staffing, and resources in response to changing programmatic needs while safeguarding long-term financial sustainabilityRepresent the organization in community forums, coalitions, and stakeholder meetings to advance visibility and impactSupports overall strategic plan of the organization.Ability to adhere to our organization's core values and commitments.
