This role is responsible for leading daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across the facility. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional activities to meet production goals. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily production operations, ensuring a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance with all company and regulatory standardsSchedule and assign work, plan manufacturing activities, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer and intercompany ordersPartner with maintenance, quality, inventory, and shipping/receiving teams to ensure efficient and coordinated plant operationsMonitor production performance, inventory levels, and batch documentation to maintain accuracy and meet customer demandEnsure preventative maintenance and repairs are completed to support safe and efficient equipment operationDrive continuous improvement, housekeeping standards, and adherence to Business Management System (BMS) requirementsAdhere to all MAPEI policies, safety rules, and work proceduresPerform assigned tasks in conformance with procedures and instructions established in the Business Management System (BMS) and in compliance with applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirementsPerform other related duties as assignedWhat’s in it for youHighly competitive base pay between $75,000 - $85,000 based on experience.Biannual "Rewards for Results" bonuses, awarded on discretion based on plant performance.FREE MEDICAL INSURANCE for our employees or the option of a highly competitive medical plan with minimal monthly employee contributions.17 Days of paid, sick and vacation time annually (days are prorated in year one).401K retirement with up to 6% matching program.Excellent dental, vision programs, flex spending accounts, employer paid life insurance and free tele-med physician services.Various other company employee-centric perks initiatives; tuition reimbursement programs, discounted home/auto insurance programs, supplemental life insurance, and more.QualificationsMinimum: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferredMinimum of five (5) years of manufacturing, production, or plant operations experience with supervisory responsibility preferred.Manufacturing, production, or plant operations experience with supervisory responsibility preferredStrong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop employeesWorking knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety standards (OSHA, EHS)Experience with ERP systems (e.g., D365) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to handle moderate travel up to 30%Valid driver’s license with a good driving record requiredEqual Opportunity Employer – Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran (M/F/D/V)
