Compensation: $16/hr. and up Depending on Experience Complete Benefit Package: Health (HSA Option Available) Dental Vision PTO / Paid Vacation 401(K) Plan Upon Eligibility Company Paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability Eligibility for additional: Short/Long-Term Disability, Accidental, Life Insurance, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity Coverages Company Paid Holiday Tuition Reimbursement Required Skills/Knowledge: Will be responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy facility environment to include; Offices, Bathrooms, Breakroom and Manufacturing Floor Be able to run/maintain various types of cleaning equipment: Scrubbers, Riders, Manual and Walk Behinds Daily activities of: Sweeping, Vacuuming, Mopping, Dusting, cleaning Windows and collecting taking out Trash/Community Recycling Testing/Recording of eyewash and safety shower stations Maintenance and recordkeeping for floor and sink drains Must be dependable and able to follow directions in verbal and written form Able to work as team and independently daily to complete routine and other tasks as needed and have attention to detail Physical Requirement: Able to climb ladders, bend, stoop, lift, squat and walk on concrete floors consistently throughout the Shift Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00-11;15) Additional Skills/Knowledge Preferred: Will train on additional duties as experience grows and need arises in the department Some previous industrial cleaning experience preferred The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
