This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role responsible for converting qualified prospects into retained clients. The ideal candidate brings a proven consultative sales background, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to guide emotionally sensitive prospects through a confident, informed decision.Compensation-$50,000 annual base salaryPerformance-based bonus structure directly tied to closed retainersRealistic on-target earnings of $100,000–$150,000 overall OTE for top performersEmployer-provided health insurance401(k) retirement planInbound, pre-qualified leads provided—no cold outreach requiredDefined growth path within a firm that recognizes and rewards resultsResponsibilities:Conduct initial consultation calls and video meetings with pre-qualified prospective clientsLead structured, empathy-driven sales conversations that result in signed retainer agreementsIdentify client urgency, underlying concerns, and decision-making drivers to tailor your approachPresent the firm's legal services clearly and confidently, addressing cost and value objectivelyOvercome objections related to pricing, timing, and hesitation with professionalism and persistenceExecute disciplined follow-up sequences to re-engage undecided prospectsMaintain accurate, up-to-date records of all activity and pipeline stages in CRM (MyCase/Lawmatics)Provide regular reporting on consultation volume, conversion rates, and pipeline status to firm leadershipCollaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure a seamless client onboarding experiencePERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONSSuccess in this role is measured by consistent, quantifiable results. The firm expects:Minimum of 15 retained clients closed per monthHigh consult-to-retainer conversion rate, tracked and reviewed regularlyComprehensive lead follow-through with no qualified prospect left unaddressedSteady month-over-month contribution to firm revenue growthQualifications:Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skillsMinimum 3–5 years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably in high-ticket or consultative environmentsDemonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and conversion benchmarksExperience in legal intake, professional services, or financial services sales is strongly preferredProficiency with CRM platforms; familiarity with MyCase or Lawmatics is a plusBilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to applyStrong written and verbal communication skills; ability to project credibility and remain calm under pressureSelf-directed and results-oriented with the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline independentlyAbout Company:We are a team of dedicated attorneys and legal professionals who specialize in family law and immigration matters.
