As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will be an essential part of our client’s core operations, ensuring that materials are accurately received, stored, and delivered while leading a team to support efficient production and high-quality output.This is a working team lead position. You will work alongside your team in daily warehouse operations. You will also be responsible for coordinating team activities, and ensuring the accurate receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping of equipment, supplies, parts, and raw materials, while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety standards.Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($23/hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.Available Shifts Include:Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMOvertime Flexibility Is Required:6:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 5:30 PMResponsibilities Of The Warehouse Team Lead:Supervise and support warehouse associates in daily operations Assign tasks and monitor workflow to ensure productivity goals are met Receive, identify, and verify incoming shipments Oversee proper storage of materials, supplies, tools, and equipment Ensure accurate packaging and shipping of materials and equipment Maintain inventory accuracy and lead cycle count activities Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed Train team members on procedures, safety standards, and best practices Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and communicate with management Required Qualifications Of The Warehouse Team Lead:High school diploma or equivalent Previous warehouse leadership experience required Stand-up and sit-down forklift experience required Inventory management experience, including cycle counting, preferred Tech savvy, familiarity with SAP software preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Willingness to work overtime as needed Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities About Cardinal Staffing At Cardinal Staffing, a Surestaff Company, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
