Engineering Insights Analyst

A company is looking for a Sr. Engineering Insights Analyst to focus on transforming engineering signals into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Analyze data from the software development lifecycle to improve software quality and operational efficiency Create and maintain data products and dashboards for engineering leaders to monitor performance metrics Collaborate with engineering teams to define KPIs and ensure accurate operational data across the organization Required Qualifications Strong SQL skills and experience with Python for data analysis Experience in building dashboards using BI tools like Superset, Tableau, or Looker Familiarity with engineering concepts such as SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and service reliability metrics Ability to work with complex operational datasets and ensure data quality Analytical thinking with the capacity to communicate insights to technical and leadership audiences
