We are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized treatment using the latest technology in a welcoming, private-practice environment.We are expanding our hearing program and looking for a motivated, patient-focused Hearing Aid Specialist who can help grow this important part of our practice.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Hearing Aid Specialist based in Spring, Texas. This role is part clinical, part sales, and 100% patient-centered. You will guide patients through hearing evaluations, educate them on solutions, and confidently recommend and fit hearing aids that improve their quality of life.We are looking for someone who is not just technically skilled—but also comfortable discussing pricing, financing, and closing treatment plans.Qualifications CLicensed Hearing Aid Specialist in Texas (required)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable with sales conversations and closing casesExperience with hearing aid technology and programmingOrganized, proactive, and detail-orientedCompensation and Benefits Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structureHigh earning potential tied directly to performanceSupportive physician-led environmentEstablished patient base (no cold-start)Opportunity to grow and scale a hearing program ate practice or ENT experience preferred What Makes This Role Different You’ll work directly with ENT physicians—higher case acceptance and trustStrong marketing driving hearing aid patients (not just walk-ins)Ability to build and grow a revenue stream, not just maintain oneLeadership that understands the business side of hearing care
