Windows / Cloud Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Administer Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Citrix, Exchange, and IIS environments. Manage virtualization platforms including Nutanix, VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, and AHV.Support Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure and cloud-based workloads. Develop automation using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, and Jinja2.Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, deployments, and performance tuning. Support enterprise clustering, backup, security hardening, and high-availability environments. Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and automation workflows. Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and project teams on infrastructure initiatives. Provide 24x7x365 operational/on-call support, including occasional weekend work.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience.3+ years of relevant experience; 5+ years preferred for senior levels. Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware/Nutanix, and Cloud. Hands-on scripting/automation experience with PowerShell, Python, or Ansible. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and analytical skills. Experience with Citrix, Exchange, clustering, backup, and security is a plus. Willingness to participate in 24x7 on-call support.
