Datavant is a data collaboration platform that provides critical data solutions across the healthcare ecosystem. What You Will Do Preps, scans, inspects, compiles, and assembles projects accurately and on time. Copies images and documents in color or black & white using specialized software and equipment. Disassembles and reassembles documents without damaging or misordering them. Inspects the quality of documents while copying or duplicating. Completes all paperwork in a timely, accurate, and legible manner. Maintains all logs and reporting documentation. Prevents assembly errors by maintaining an organized workstation and/or vehicle. Performs duties related to reprographics, binding, and quality control of copy requests. Maintains company-issued equipment and optimal machine performance by clearing jams, refilling toner, and replacing machine oil as needed. Uses machine codes to report equipment failure. Accounts for all supplies and metered items. Communicates promptly with management about problems or special orders. Follows workflow identified in department policies and procedure manuals. Adheres to business and safety procedures and guidelines. Performs other duties as assigned. What You Need to Succeed High School diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience; prior experience with a legal support organization preferred. Valid state driver's license. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong computer skills; ability to navigate the Internet, MS Office, data screens, and email. Outstanding interpersonal skills with peers, superiors, customers, and partners. Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines. Ability to read a map or use a navigation system to set up routes with time constraints, etc. A reliable vehicle with a clean driving record. Physical Requirements Mobility to work in a standard office setting and use equipment such as a computer and telephone. Vision to read printed materials and computer screens; hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone. Finger dexterity to access, enter, and retrieve data using a keyboard and to operate office equipment. Ability to sit or stand for long periods. Ability to reach and grasp. Environment: moderate noise levels, controlled temperatures. Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs. Hourly Pay ranges for this role may differ based on location, responsibilities, skills, experience, and other requirements of the role. The estimated base pay range per hour is: $21.60—$25.44 USD. Many clients require post-offer health screenings and proof of vaccinations such as the flu shot, Tdap, COVID-19, etc. Exemptions may be considered for disability, medical contraindications, pregnancy, or religious reasons.
