Your expertise will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care in the dynamic general Med/Surg unit. Collaborate with a talented group of professionals, leading them to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population while employing the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDeliver holistic care focused on patients' age, physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs.\nCoordinate with the Unit Director, Clinical Nurse Lead, and/or Nursing Supervisor to ensure effective patient care.\nProvide exemplary patient care in the Med/Surg unit and manage pediatric cases as necessary.\nUtilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.\n\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n\nMinimum of 3 years of acute care experience.\nCurrent Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensure.\nBLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association).\nExperience with Meditech is preferred.\n\n\nWhy ARMStaffing?\nAt ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
