Detailed Job DescriptionROLE SUMMARYDesigns, develops, and maintains scalable Salesforce solutions that support complex business processes. Provides senior level technical expertise in custom development, integrations, and platform optimization while collaborating closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high quality solutions.Role ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative toolsTranslate complex business requirements into scalable and secure Salesforce technical designsLead development of workflows, automation, validation rules, and custom objectsDevelop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and CRM Analytics solutionsDesign and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs and middlewarePerform code reviews and enforce Salesforce development and security best practicesCollaborate with data and integration teams to manage data loads, transformations, and data qualityCoordinate with Release Management to plan deployments and promote solutions to productionCreate deployment documentation and change ticket requestsTroubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance concerns, and data inconsistenciesProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and administratorsTechnical Qualifications7+ years of hands on Salesforce development experienceStrong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and VisualforceExperience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service CloudProven experience designing Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)Experience with CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics) or comparable reporting toolsFamiliarity with Salesforce DX, source control, and CI/CD processesExperience with enterprise system integrations (e.g., Guidewire, SAP, ImageRight)Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, and permissionsSalesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional certifications preferredGeneral QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to work independently in a contractor role with minimal oversightProven ability to manage priorities and meet delivery deadlinesEducation RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Salesforce certification is considered a plus.
