This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to manage evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $23.00 to $27.54 per hour.What You Will DoProvide day-to-day administrative support to Technology executives, including complex calendar management and meeting coordination across time zonesOrganize detailed domestic and international travel, including multi-leg itineraries and logisticsServe as a point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and clients, maintaining professional relationships and communicationsPrepare and edit presentation decks and other communications; ensure materials are polished and aligned with leadership objectivesCoordinate logistics, preparation, special projects, and follow-ups for departmental meetings and team progress trackingManage expenses, invoices, and payments for leadershipMaintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and act with the highest level of discretionAnticipate the needs of senior leadership, providing proactive solutions to optimize their workflowHandle any additional duties as assigned to support the executive teamWhat You Will NeedBachelor’s degree strongly preferred2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership, ideally VP-level and aboveExperience working within the technology industry or with technology-focused leaders is a plusA proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate leadership needsDemonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks with competing deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracyStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the ability to adapt to new technologies quicklyExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp attention to detailProven discretion when handling confidential or sensitive informationInterest in and comfort with technology, with the capability to support tech-savvy executivesStrong organizational skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently with minimal guidanceWhat You Will GetThe unique and exciting opportunity to work at one of a leading global entertainment companiesAccess to the tools, leadership, and resources you will need to create and drive a center of excellenceThe opportunity to do the best work of your careerWork in an inclusive and diverse company cultureCompetitive programs to support your well-beingExperience working in a collaborative environment with room to growAbout UTAUTA is a premier global talent agency built for the future of media and entertainment.
