Administrative Assistant (Operations Support)
Administrative Assistant We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations across the organization. This role is focused on project coordination, reporting, and general administrative support to help ensure the business runs efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.Key responsibilities include:Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional mannerAssisting with coordinating and tracking ongoing projects and tasksPreparing and maintaining reports, spreadsheets, and operational summariesPerforming accurate data entry and ensuring data integrity across systemsSupporting internal communication and follow-ups across teamsMaintaining organized digital files and documentationAssisting with vendor communication and basic administrative coordinationHelping ensure deadlines and key deliverables are tracked and metProviding general administrative support as neededQualifications:2+ years of administrative, office, or operations support experienceStrong organizational and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google SheetsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyPreferred qualifications:Experience in a multi-location business or operations environmentExposure to reporting, data analysis, or basic bookkeepingExperience in hospitality or restaurant operations (a plus)Key competencies:Strong follow-through and accountabilityProblem-solving mindsetAbility to stay organized under pressureTeam-oriented with a willingness to jump in where neededCompensation & benefits:Competitive pay (based on experience)Benefits package (if applicable)Paid time offGrowth opportunities within a growing organizationWhy join us:This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly.
