Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Athletic Trainer role based in Indianapolis, IN. The Athletic Trainer will be responsible for delivering injury prevention and rehabilitation services, fostering workplace safety, and providing training to improve employees' strength and conditioning. The role also focuses on educating employees on best practices for injury prevention and assisting in ongoing occupational health initiatives in collaboration with an experienced medical team. Qualifications Expertise in Injury Prevention and Prevention strategies to minimize workplace risksProficiency in Athletic Training, including assessments and the development of treatment plansKnowledge of Strength & Conditioning techniques to enhance employee physical performance and minimize risksExperience in Rehabilitation techniques to support recovery and safe return to workStrong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with patients and employersAbility to work on-site in Indianapolis, IN, as part of a healthcare teamBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Athletic Training or a related fieldCertification by the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer (BOC) requiredCPR and First Aid certifications preferredExperience in occupational health, workplace ergonomics, or related industry a plus
