You'll also plan engaging activities that promote growth across various areas of development and cultivate strong partnerships with parents through open communication.CDSSWRequirementsYou Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:Are at least 18 years old, can pass a background check, hold a high school diploma or GED, and complete 12 hours of training in childcare within 30 days of starting your employment.
