We’re a high-end salon with higher-than-average pricing, which means you’re compensated well for your skill and time. What we’re looking for: Minimum 5 years of professional grooming experience Strong customer service skills and client communication A true team player who supports coworkers and salon standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and animal safety Pride in your work and a desire to continue growing your craft Reliable, professional, and compassionate with pets and people Ability to safely lift 40+ pounds Schedule & Availability: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM 4-day work week Tuesday–Friday Every other Saturday Closed Sundays and all major holidays What we offer: 40% commission (our prices are higher than most salons in the area) 4 weeks paid sick/vacation time IRA retirement account Established clientele and steady schedule Supportive, respectful team environment Opportunity to grow with a well-known local salon If you’re an experienced groomer who values quality work, great clients, and a healthy work-life balance, we’d love to hear from you.
