If you have strong hands-on experience in IT support and end-user troubleshooting, we’d love to connect with you!🔧 Key Responsibilities:Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripheralsTroubleshoot hardware/software issues (Windows/Mac environments)Manage user accounts (Active Directory, password resets, access issues)Support Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and other enterprise applicationsInstall, configure, and maintain IT equipmentHandle ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.) and ensure SLA complianceCoordinate with L3 teams for complex issue resolution💡 Required Skills:Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking (LAN/WAN, VPN)Experience with Active Directory & Office 365Hands-on troubleshooting skills for end-user environmentsGood communication and customer-handling skills
