Our mission is to replace fragmented tools with an integrated, data-driven operating system purpose-built for modern contractors and construction enterprises.We are currently seeking experienced professionals to serve as Advisors to our Board of Directors and Executive Team as we scale the platform and expand our market presence.Role DescriptionThis is a remote, contract-based advisory role for a Business Consultant. The selected individual will act as a strategic advisor to the Board of Directors and Executive Team, contributing high-level guidance on business operations, growth strategy, and organizational development.Key responsibilities include analyzing current business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, and developing actionable, data-driven recommendations. The advisor will participate in regular (typically weekly) meetings, provide feedback on strategic initiatives, conduct independent research, and prepare concise, high-impact reports.This role is strictly advisory in nature. The consultant will not be an employee of the company and will operate independently, using their own resources to fulfill responsibilities.Compensation is equity-based only, in the form of stock options, with vesting terms defined in a separate agreement. Advisors are expected to commit to a long-term engagement (minimum of 12 months).The selected candidate will be required to execute an Advisor Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), and Stock Option Agreement prior to engagement.QualificationsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategiesProven experience in business consulting or management consulting, with a track record of delivering measurable resultsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and collaborate with senior stakeholdersSolid financial acumen, including familiarity with key metrics, budgeting, and forecastingAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated problem-solving ability and strategic thinkingBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
